Recent scientific publications indicate that listening to Notched Music can significantly decrease the individually perceived tinnitus loudness. In this inexpensive and pleasant approach patients listen to their favorite music, from which a certain frequency band, centered around the tinnitus frequency, has been removed. Various clinical studies show that listening to Notched Music for roughly 60 minutes per day over a period of six month could strongly decrease the tinnitus loudness.
